On Day 1, we’ll depart from Cusco and enjoy a scenic train ride through the majestic Sacred Valley, surrounded by towering mountains and picturesque villages. Arriving in Aguas Calientes, we’ll settle into our accommodations and have free time to explore the charming town at the foot of Machu Picchu.

Day 2 is the highlight of the tour, as we venture into the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu. Accompanied by an experienced guide, we’ll unravel the secrets of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, marvel at the architectural marvels, and soak in the spiritual energy that permeates the ancient ruins.

After the guided tour, you’ll have time to explore Machu Picchu at your own pace, capturing the perfect photos and immersing yourself in the mystical atmosphere. In the afternoon, we’ll return to Aguas Calientes and board the train back to Cusco, filled with unforgettable memories of Machu Picchu’s grandeur.

Trip Itinerary


In the morning, we pick up the passengers and head towards Ollantaytambo. We make a brief stop of 15 to 20 minutes to admire the archaeological site from the outside. Continuing our journey, we have another short 15-minute stop at Abra Malaga to take in the views of the snowy peaks. As we proceed, we observe the varying temperatures and landscapes, transitioning from jungle to forested areas with local fruit trees. We arrive at the village of Santa Maria, accompanied by the sacred Inca river known as Willcamayu or Vilcanota, the longest river in Peru. Continuing our trip, we reach Santa Teresa, where we enjoy an included lunch for approximately 45 minutes before heading to Hidroelectrica, a 30-minute journey. From Hidroelectrica, we begin a 3-hour hike along the train route.

At 6:00 pm, we arrive in Aguas Calientes, where we are directed to our accommodations. At 8:00 pm, a dinner is included, and we also have the option to visit the hot springs in Aguas Calientes. Overnight stay in Aguas Calientes.


Very early in the morning, at 4:00 am, we have an included breakfast. At 4:30 am, we start a 1.5-hour hike to reach the archaeological site. At 6:00 am, we enter the site and enjoy a guided tour for 2 hours. After the guided tour, we have 3 hours of free time. Later, we descend to Aguas Calientes and begin our return journey to Hidroelectrica, where a bus awaits us for the trip back to Cusco. We arrive in Cusco at approximately 9:30 pm, marking the end of the trip.
